KEN PAXTON isn’t going anywhere, yet. Yesterday, after seven former staff members accused him of breaking state and federal law, Paxton stated he would not be resigning. One GOP lawmaker has called for him to step down.

TEXAS SCORECARD has signaled it will be applying for media credentials in 2021 after a lawsuit from the 5th Circut Court of Appels yesterday.

State lawmakers may try and craft rules to exclude the media outlet while allowing others using the coronavirus as an excuse to abuse law as they have been since March.

DONALD TRUMP ended his brief stay at the hospital after contracting COVID19 last week. The well-wishes have stopped—time to resume the regularly scheduled Cheeto Mussolini programming from the deranged left.

Meanwhile, with millions of college students back in school, there have been zero deaths and only three hospitalizations according to a review of coronavirus stats.

GREG ABBOTT is teasing that he will “allow” bars to reopen soon. It’s likely the relief will be only partial, so Abbott can continue to feel in control. It’s not about public health at this point.
