SCOTX ruled yesterday that state election law should not be altered to allow for mail-in ballots to be dropped off at multiple locations.
Still, the 2020 election is going to be an unmitigated cluster.
As it turns out, trying to McGuyver an election on the fly (expanding mail-in balloting, illegal expansion of curbside, 24-hour voting) is leading to an inferior product in Harris County and others.
